When Anxiety Takes Over

Anxiety goes beyond daily stress or nerves. It's the voice that whispers "what if" until it roars. Recognizing the signs is the first step toward healing.

  • Racing heart, chest tightness, sweating, or trembling
  • Headaches or unexplained stomach problems
  • Excessive worrying about things you can't control
  • Irritability or feeling easily overwhelmed
  • Avoiding social situations or places that trigger fear
  • Trouble concentrating at work or school
  • Sleep problems or restlessness

Signs in Children & Teens

In children and teens, anxiety might look different than in adults. Watch for these patterns that may signal your child needs support.

  • Refusing to go to school or participate in activities
  • Excessive clinginess or fear of separation
  • Meltdowns that seem disproportionate to the situation
  • Physical complaints without medical causes
  • Withdrawing from family and friends

Individual Therapy

With our therapists, you'll learn practical tools through approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. We help you spot thoughts that fuel anxiety and replace them with healthier perspectives.

Family & Relationship Support

Anxiety affects the whole family. Our therapy sessions help everyone support one another, strengthen communication, and reduce stress. For couples, we address how anxiety impacts your relationship and work to build stronger connections.

Specialized Care for Children

Young minds need gentle care. Through play, art, and skill-building, we help children express feelings safely and learn coping in ways that feel natural to them.

Group Support

Powerful healing happens when you know you're not alone. Our group sessions create a supportive community where you can share experiences and learn from others who understand your journey.
