School-based therapy through CCD is billed to your child's insurance in the same way as office or telehealth visits. Our team confirms coverage with you before services begin at school.

Are telehealth sessions covered?

What if I don't have insurance?

You can still be seen. We offer a sliding fee scale for families paying out of pocket, based on household size and income, with sessions starting at $25. Call us and we will help you find your fee, and we can also help you look into coverage your child may qualify for, including Delaware Medicaid and CHIP.

How does the sliding fee scale work?

Your fee is set by your household size and gross annual income using the current federal poverty guidelines, in five tiers from 20% to 100% of the full fee. A minimum of $25 per session applies at every tier. Your exact rate is confirmed at intake with income verification and reviewed each year. The full 2026 scale is posted on our website as a PDF.
